What we do

From a dripping faucet to a full rough-in.

We repair, replace, and install plumbing for homes and businesses, and we find the real cause before we fix it, so water runs where it should and nowhere it should not.

  • Repairs & leaks
  • Water heaters
  • New lines & rough-ins

What we focus on

Repairs, water heaters, and new lines, explained.

Repairs & leaks

Corroded pipes, worn joints, the pinhole leak that keeps coming back. We fix what is isolated and repipe what is failing.

Water heaters

Tank or tankless, sized to how you actually use hot water. Space, demand, and fuel factored in.

New lines & rough-ins

Supply and drain lines run and inspected before walls close, so the finished fixtures line up.

FAQ

Plumbing questions, answered.

Do I need a permit to replace a water heater?
In most Massachusetts communities, yes. A water heater replacement typically needs a permit and an inspection, and it is something we pull and schedule as part of the job, not an extra step you have to chase down yourself.
Repair or replace, how do I know?
A single isolated leak on a sound system is usually a repair. Replacement makes more sense when you see a pattern, like repeated pinhole leaks, rust-colored water, or chronic low pressure. Splicing new pipe onto old corroded metal can accelerate corrosion at the joint, so on systems past about 30 years a planned repipe is often the smarter long-term move. We give you a straight comparison either way.
Tank or tankless water heater, which is right for me?
A tank heater costs less up front, handles simultaneous demand well, and typically lasts 10 to 15 years. A tankless unit heats water on demand, saves space, and lasts 20 years or more, but costs more to install and a single unit can be stretched thin by many fixtures running at once. The right choice depends on your hot-water demand, space, and fuel, which is why we look at it on site before recommending one.
Do you handle commercial and light-commercial plumbing?
Yes, we serve both homes and businesses. Commercial systems run at higher demand and carry more code obligations, including backflow prevention on cross-connections like boilers, irrigation, and kitchen equipment, which in many jurisdictions must be tested regularly. We handle the device selection, code compliance, and scheduling to keep disruption to your operations low.
